Do not attempt to accept any files and believe players stating that they will give you free skills by accepting a program or going to any sites that will ask your username and password and will promise to give you something in return.
These are called scammers using cheap and noob programs that will send your sensitive information to them. Instead, make a screenshot and report them back here at the forum and ask Admin if he could completely delete their accounts and totally block their IP address from entering on the server.
